To minimise tobacco losses in the total process chain - from bales unpacking to finished goods. The customer's existing optimisation program, which did not deliver the desired results so far, is to be refocused and adapted to the current situation.
Approach
With a team formed by inno.tob expert and factory staff, all production steps are carefully analysed. Over a period of time, all losses are measured continuously to monitor the success of the project.Improvements are achieved by putting the identified losses into different groups – and installing a dedicated reduction program for each of them.
