The customer‘s requirement
A new container storage system is to be added without interrupting the production process. It shall be capable of handling semiproducts, incorporating highly sophisticated requirements for bin filling, bin handling, bin discharge and automatic storage management. The high end solution includes many automation interfaces between different equipment and automation technology suppliers.
Approach
Inno.tob is contracted to manage essential project areas such as commissioning supervision tasks, deficiency management and performance testing. In particular, a structured interface and equipment testing scheme is developed to ensure that no undesired surprises will occur. Errors and faults are continuously monitored during the commissioning phase, evaluated and eliminated in close partnership with all involved parties.
