To prepare for the process of finding a suitable supplier for a particular technical project, the client decides to seek independent advice. To maintain objectiveness, it is decided anymore to agree on the evaluation table, weighing factors and evaluation methods before the quotations are assessed.
Approach
In a joint discussion process moderated by inno.tob, different criteria are evaluated. At the end of the process, a common understanding is established on the different weighting factors. Furthermore, a simple and efficient method is prepared for „classification“ of the individual bidder‘s contribution to the requirements and project aspects.
