The customer‘s requirement
To reinstall a production line using old equipment from another location and combining it with new automation technology. A separate automation provider is contracted for integrating the automation. Requirements include ANSI ISA S95 /S88 compatibility for the automation concept, safe and optimised networking, ensuring sustainable performance at reasonable costs.
Approach
Inno.tob is contracted to carry out the complex project management in close contact with the client's experts (production, quality, project, information services and maintenance departments). The automation requirements are specified at the basis of the company’s horizontal and vertical integration architecture and tracking & tracing features. The installation and commissioning process is coordinated matching EU directives concerning the CEIIa certification.
